its very easy...let's do it :

1. SAMI (http://www.gamefront.com/files/4622359/sami_v1.1.zip)
2. data replace car (you can search it at gtainside.com)
Tutorial:
1. The first install sami
2. go to sami
3. at the sami, browse and search text search where you store the data your gta san andreas
then in the second column insert replace the data that have been downloaded, then click and search any vehicle that you want to replace.
4. after all is complete and has been in the save.
5. please open your gta andreas car and looking at replace earlier
6. happy playing
